Automatic Filtration Device

DMFC’s Automatic Filter Devices are designed to simplify and optimize the filtration process with advanced self-cleaning mechanisms. These filters, developed by DMFC, can handle a wide range of flow rates and particle sizes, making them suitable for various industrial applications. The automatic backwashing feature in some models ensures continuous operation without the need to halt processes for cleaning, reducing downtime significantly. DMFC offers a variety of filters, including plastic, semi-automatic, and steel filters, all of which are easy to disassemble, maintain, and highly efficient. DMFC’s filtration systems are a reliable solution for businesses requiring high-performance and low-maintenance filtration.

Plastic Filter Series-1

This series includes plastic filters ranging from 3/4 inch to 3 inches, with a maximum flow rate of 50 m³/h.

Features: Easy Maintenance: The filter parts can be easily removed for cleaning while the system is still installed, making it user-friendly. High Compatibility: Filter components provide excellent protection for systems, covering a range from 3500 to 22 microns. Special Shape: The unique design allows for automatic backwashing.

Plastic Filter Series-2

This plastic filter can process flow rates up to 50 m³/h, ranging from 3/4 inch to 3 inches in size.

Features: Easy Maintenance: The filter parts can be easily removed for cleaning while still installed, ensuring convenience. High Compatibility: The filter components provide excellent system protection, covering a filtration range from 3500 to 22 microns. Special Design: The unique shape allows for automatic backwashing.

Semi-automatic Filters-1

This is a fast and efficient method for cleaning filters.

Features: Cleaning can be done simply by turning the handle slightly. Cleaning can be done without stopping filtration or processing. The product is available in sizes ranging from 2” to 14”.

Semi-automatic Filters-2

This is a fast and efficient method for cleaning filters.

Features: Cleaning can be done by simply turning the handle slightly. Cleaning can be performed without stopping filtration or processing. The product is available in sizes from 2" to 14".

Steel Filter Series-1

Various steel filters are available from 2 inches to 14 inches, with a maximum flow rate of 1000 m³/h.

The wide range of filters can handle filtration from 3500 microns to 50 microns. Additionally, the special material coating prevents corrosion.

Features: You can select various types of filters depending on the material to be filtered. The carbon steel filter is specially coated, providing excellent internal durability. It can be easily disassembled without the need for tools.

Steel filters can be manufactured in both BRUSH and SUCTION types. By installing a pressure gauge, the internal condition of the filter can be easily inspected and monitored.

Steel Filter Series-2

Various steel filters are available from 2 inches to 14 inches, with a maximum flow rate of 1000 m³/h.

A wide range of filters can handle filtration from 3500 microns to 50 microns. Additionally, the special material coating prevents corrosion.

Features: You can select various types of filters depending on the material being filtered. The carbon steel filter is specially coated, providing excellent internal durability. It can be easily disassembled without the need for tools.

Steel filters can be manufactured in both BRUSH and SUCTION types. By installing a pressure gauge, the internal condition of the filter can be easily inspected and monitored.

Screen Filter

Screen filters are made with stainless steel mesh within a plastic module, with screen sizes ranging from 50 microns to 500 microns. Larger stainless steel mesh filters can handle coarser impurities, with screen sizes ranging from 800 microns to 3500 microns.

During filtration, impurities are caught on the screen filter, and both the screen filter and housing can be easily disassembled for cleaning. In the case of a cylindrical screen filter, impurities tend to accumulate at the center of the filter, and by opening the drain valve, the contaminants can be removed with minimal water loss, ensuring very low pressure drop during filtration.

Screen filter sizes are color-coded for easy identification of the mesh size.
